He personally reviews every project himself and replies within one hour, 7am to 8pm ET, Monday through Saturday. Sent outside those hours? You will hear back first thing the next regular response morning. He also responds on Sundays, but Sunday does not have a guaranteed one-hour response window.
A few things can speed up the audit: a repository link or invitation, a non-sensitive code sample, any existing scope or specification documents, and where the previous team left off. Reply to our email with anything you can share safely. Please do not email passwords, API keys, or other credentials. We will arrange secure access if needed.
