Privacy center

One place for every privacy boundary.

The business website and the VolumeGuard application do not collect or process information in the same way. Each policy is separated so the relevant facts are easier to find.

Two products. Two clear scopes.

Start with where the interaction happened. Website visits, project inquiries, and client services belong to the business policy. VolumeGuard has an application-specific policy.

Processing boundaries

What changes between surfaces.

Website

Optional services follow consent.

The business site can receive project inquiries. Google Analytics and Google advertising scripts load only after optional cookies are accepted through the consent banner. The Facebook Page Plugin loads only after a visitor selects its load button.

VolumeGuard

Core processing stays on the device.

Volume and app settings are processed locally. The application uses Google services for advertising consent and Play Billing as described in its policy.

Client engagements

Project terms define the access.

Specifications, credentials, data, and contractor access are scoped through the applicable agreement and project controls, not assumed from a website visit.

Policy standard

Readable, specific, and tied to the system.

  1. 01

    State what is actually collected

Policies should follow the live form, application, and service providers instead of listing features that do not exist.

  2. 02

    Separate distinct products

Application permissions and local device data should not be mixed into the policy for a business website.

  3. 03
