The contact form collects only the details needed to understand and respond to an inquiry. The Google tag starts with analytics and advertising storage denied for cookieless measurement. Optional cookies and AdSense load only after a visitor accepts them through the consent banner.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how ClickEdgeMedia (“ClickEdgeMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes personal information through this website, project inquiries, and related business services. It does not govern the separate data practices of client products or the VolumeGuard Android application.

VolumeGuard has a dedicated, tracker-free policy page with disclosures specific to the application and its Google services.

2. Information we process

Information you provide

The website contact form currently accepts:

  • first and last name;
  • email address and phone number, when requested or provided;
  • company or organization, when provided;
  • the type of assistance requested, when selected; and
  • the project overview or other message you submit.

We also process information you choose to send by email, telephone, or another agreed communication channel.

Website and device information

Our hosting and security providers may process routine request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. The Google tag may process limited cookieless measurement information with analytics and advertising storage denied. If you accept optional cookies, Google services may also process usage, advertising, and device information as described below. If you choose to load the embedded Facebook Page feed, Meta may receive routine request, browser, device, and interaction information.

3. How information is used

We use information within the scope of this policy to:

  • review and respond to project or procurement inquiries;
  • prepare proposals, scopes, agreements, and project plans;
  • deliver, support, secure, and improve contracted services;
  • maintain business, billing, and communication records;
  • protect the website and investigate abuse or technical failures;
  • measure website and advertising performance according to the consent choice described below; and
  • meet legal, accounting, contractual, or regulatory obligations.

ClickEdgeMedia does not sell contact-form or client-project information.

4. Contact form delivery

The contact form submits the fields to a same-origin form handler. That handler validates the inquiry and uses Resend, a transactional email provider, to deliver it to ClickEdgeMedia Google Workspace inbox so it can be reviewed and answered. The browser does not send the inquiry directly to Resend or Google Workspace.

The form includes a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated spam. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, regulated records, or other highly sensitive material in a website inquiry. We can establish an appropriate transfer method if a project requires sensitive data.

To help distinguish the source of an inquiry, the notification records the submitting page, UTM campaign parameters when present, and whether a Google advertising click parameter was present. The raw Google click identifier is not copied into the notification email.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website stores a local consent choice so the banner does not need to ask on every visit. The Google tag uses Consent Mode and initializes with analytics storage, advertising storage, ad-user-data use, and ad personalization denied unless the visitor has previously accepted optional cookies. In that denied state, Google may receive limited, cookieless measurement signals, including page and event information, consent state, and whether an advertising click parameter was present. Accepting optional cookies updates those consent settings to granted.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand website use. Before acceptance, it is configured for cookieless measurement with analytics storage denied. After acceptance, it may also use analytics storage and process pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, device and browser details, and related identifiers.

Google Ads conversion measurement

The Google Ads destination measures whether an inquiry follows an ad interaction. A conversion event is sent only after the contact handler confirms that the inquiry was accepted by the email provider. With advertising storage denied, Google receives cookieless measurement signals and may use aggregated modeling. Accepting optional cookies permits the advertising storage and related uses shown in the banner.

Google AdSense

The separate Google AdSense script does not load until optional cookies are accepted. After acceptance, it may process cookies, identifiers, device information, ad interactions, and related data. Google determines whether personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads are available based on consent, account configuration, and applicable requirements.

Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy. You can decline optional cookies through the banner and manage or remove stored site data through your browser.

Facebook Page Plugin

The homepage includes an official Facebook Page Plugin that is disconnected by default. No embedded Facebook request is made unless you select Load Facebook updates. After that choice, Meta may process your IP address, browser and device details, identifiers, and interactions under its own privacy terms. The separate link to our Facebook page also takes you to a Meta-operated service.

6. Client project information

A client engagement may require access to specifications, source code, credentials, business records, product data, support materials, or other information needed to perform the agreed work. The project agreement, statement of work, confidentiality terms, and any applicable data terms define the scope and responsibilities for that engagement.

Access should be limited to what the project requires. Clients should not provide production data, credentials, or regulated information until the transfer method, access boundary, and responsibilities have been agreed.

7. Sharing and service providers

Information may be disclosed only as reasonably needed to:

  • hosting, form-delivery, analytics, advertising, optional social-media embedding, communication, accounting, or project-delivery providers;
  • trusted contractors supporting an engagement, subject to appropriate access limits and confidentiality expectations;
  • professional advisers such as legal or accounting providers;
  • authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or users; or
  • a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to applicable obligations.

Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.

8. Retention

We retain inquiry, client, financial, and project records for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, the business relationship, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and legitimate record keeping. Retention varies with the type of information and the terms of an engagement.

Information held by Google, our hosting provider, or another provider is also subject to that provider’s retention controls and policies.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and engagement. These may include access limits, authentication, encrypted transport, managed hosting controls, backups, and documented delivery practices.

No method of transmission, storage, or software operation is completely secure. Please report a suspected issue to the contact address below.

10. Choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to ask about personal information we control, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. A request may require identity verification, and some records may be retained where permitted or required.

You can decline optional cookies through the consent banner, clear local site data through the browser, or use Google’s account and advertising controls for Google-managed information. Declining optional cookies keeps the Google tag's analytics and advertising storage settings denied but does not disable the limited cookieless measurement described above.

11. Children and international use

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and the contact form is intended for business and professional inquiries. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies describe the safeguards and locations relevant to their services. ClickEdgeMedia handles requests according to applicable law and the commitments governing the relationship.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the website, services, providers, or obligations change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
